Yes! Services are always tailored to fit your specific needs and workloads.
How is working with a virtual assistant different from hiring an employee?
When you hire a virtual assistant you're only paying for hours or services you need - no payroll taxes, benefits, office space, or long-term contracts are required. Its essentially a build-a-bear but like a contractor!
What tools are you familiar with?
We work with many tools such as:
Google workspace, Microsoft 360, Slack, Notion, QuickBooks, Canva, HubSpot and many other platforms.
How fast can I get this started?
A consult is always required so we can get to know your priorities and expectations. Once the consult is over we can both see how we fit, and what package will be best for you. The process can take anywhere from 1 day to a month, this is all dependent on your wants and needs.
How does pricing work?
Dependent on your package and needs pricing can be hourly, retainer-based, or project-based!
How will we communicate?
We can communicate via email, teams, zoom, whatever you're preferred platform is, we got you!
How can I see the progress of tasks I've assigned?
With mostly all packages except for the micro desk package, a weekly check-in is performed with you, along with a live update on how the task is coming along. Remaining transparent, and having an open line of communication is crucial when working with virtual clients.
