Who is Monarch Desk Co?

Hi, I'm Lindsey! Monarch Desk Co was started when I was struggling to find a passion at the ripe age of 24. It hit me whenever I discovered it was in front of me the entire time. My passion is to help people and to use the skills I thrive in along with the mistakes I've made to build something extraordinary that tackles both my creative side, and my passion to help others.

The name? Well if you don't know already Monarch Butterfly's are one of the only butterflies who will go long distances, these distances carry on from generation to generation. That is my purpose, to build something that I can eventually one day give my wisdom to todays generations, and hopefully they will go the distance I have gone to create something beautiful.

Changing Operational Views

From a young age I always knew everything is "figureoutable", well we know that's not a word, but I always told myself that. I carried this aspect into my professional life, whether that was always being the youngest in the room, or taking on roles that were meant for the "more experienced". It wasn't just my education that got me there, it was my mindset and the discipline that took me years to build. I always knew there was going to be a more efficient yet effective way to solve a solution, and that's what makes Monarch Desk Co different than the rest. We will figure it out, because we already know ;)
