Hi, I'm Lindsey - founder of Monarch Desk Co.
With over 6 years of experience supporting business operations, leadership, marketing, and project coordination, I help entrepreneurs and growing businesses stay organized so they can focus on growth.
I created Monarch Desk Co. from a desire to do what I've naturally been called to do: helping others bring their ideas and aspirations to their businesses and lives.
The name Monarch represents the journey behind everything I've built to be where I am now. Monarch butterflies are known for traveling great distances, with each generation carrying the journey before them along with it. This legacy represents my vision to create something meaningful and help others go further than they thought was possible.

| 2020 | Got my first on campus job during my undergrad helping with their electronic education department.
| 2022 | Became an Office Assistant for an occupational health clinic, assisting in all tasks I could get my hands on, doing freelance marketing work with websites and ads on the side.
| 2024 | Continued working my way up in administration still partaking in freelancing, and graduated with my Bachelors in Psychology.
| 2025 | Started my Masters degree in Business Administration with a focus in marketing, running small side services like cleaning, and notary public. Started drafting Monarch Desk Co.
| 2026 | Finally launched Monarch Desk Co after years of hard work and dedication. Months of planning crafted carefully to keep my values in the business.
| 2021 | Worked my way up in my young career path working as shift leads, trainers, and coordinators.
